The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the facility sparkling. The staff maintained the pools and private beach area flawlessly. The hotel facilities were expansive and provided a variety of activities for guests of all ages. From the numerous family-friendly activities to the well-equipped gym, there was never a dull moment during my stay. The breakfast spread offered a wide selection of delicious options to start the day off right. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot items made to order, there was something for everyone's taste. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive and accommodating, making sure every need was met.

We had a wonderful time at this 4-star hotel! The location was amazing, right on a sandy beach with water sports available. We loved being able to relax and enjoy the sun and sea. The staff were always friendly and helpful, especially at the reception desk. They provided excellent service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The in-room air conditioning was a great relief from the heat, and we appreciated having a balcony to enjoy the views. The hotel also had a variety of dining options, including a buffet breakfast and a snack bar. The food was delicious and there were plenty of choices to suit everyone's taste. We also enjoyed the entertainment provided, such as live shows and music nights. The pool area was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of lounge chairs and beach umbrellas available. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to others!

Although the hotel was a bit pricey, it was worth every penny. We had a fantastic time and would definitely come back in the future.

Many things here. First, they turn the ac off every night and do not ac most of the common areas. When things get difficult they cant speak english. Room Service doesnt answer the phone... Ever. Only 1 power socket on the floor for vaccuum I expect. Only 2 english channels - bbc and cnn. Food was cafeteria. One peson maybe 2 trying to cook eggs for several hundred people at breakfast. Water slides dont open on time as publicised. Al acarte only availbel for 1 meal for entire week stay, of course the ac goes off whilst ypur swealtering in the restaurant. There are many things to note but I would not do this holiday again- many would as it is fun for kids. I cant imagine how this can be considered 5 star. Bedding, pillows a joke. Bed was a base with no mattress. Decor non existent in rooms. Constant stream of people at reception making complaints abourt one thing or another until you jsut give up and accept a poor 3 star with a great pool and fun for kids.

This is a hotel for family holiday , clean , plenty of foods , pools and beach . A money value hotel .

The big and very big problem about this hotel , is its PART TIME Air Conditioning , that kills you . Many guests claimed , but they save from energy in 38 degrss hot and 90% humid . I am not sure to recommend this hotel at hot summer months .

crystal centro resort in antalya exceeded our honeymoon expectations. the food was delicious, staff friendly, and the private beach was amazing. the pina coladas were the best we've ever had. highly recommend the piano bar. the rooms were clean and had amazing views. overall, an amazing experience.

It is better to turn on the air conditioner in lobby all of the day. Sometimes it is of and the lobby people feel bad in hot weather of Antalya.

This place was ideal for a romantic getaway! The pools and gardens were clean and well maintained. The food was particularly tasty with a range of meals and desserts throughout the day. The staff were all helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring the local area and taking in the beautiful views.

The air conditioning was the only thing that let the room down, as it wasn't very effective. the room could have been a bit more spacious to make it more comfortable.

The beachfront hotel location is perfect, offering great activities both day and night. The entertainment is outstanding, with a variety of options for all ages. The shopping mall nearby is spacious and easily accessible. Breakfast was a standout, with plenty of options to choose from. Our room was well-furnished, with comfortable beds and a breathtaking view of the sea. The indoor and outdoor pools were both clean and inviting, and the beachside bar was a nice touch.

Although there are plenty of amenities, some of the furnishings in the room were worn and could do with updating.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, situated right on a sandy beach with stunning views. The hotel offers a wide range of water sports activities, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The facilities are top-notch, with a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and even an aqua park. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the bartender Muhammet, who made delicious cocktails. We also loved the variety of food available in the self-service restaurants. The animation shows added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
